We regret to inform that we are going to cease the game service of Sho Online on the date of Nov. 2, 2011 at 0:00 AM in NFT. Due to irreconcilable differences between the developer (BAG Entertainment) and Sho Online, we had no other choice but to cease the service of Sho Online.
Requesting refund!
Please follow the rules and instructions below in order to request a refund:
- You can apply for a refund only for the points purchased between the 1st and 25th of October
- Refundable are only the points that have not been consumed, any sort of bought items do not apply.
- All account purchase history will be checked.
- Please send an Online Inquiery (1:1) from the account you wish to receive a refund from.
- You can only request refund for your own account.
- All account purchase history will be checked by us before refunding.
- The refund will be sent through the same method you purchased the points.
- Refunding may take up to 30 days.
We regret giving you such news and we are greatful for the time and support that you offered the game this entire time.
